液氮的运输需要将气体转化为液体,以便可以通过卡车运输。一旦到达那里,液体必须变回气体。由于这些灌装点在氮气设施处装载到运输车辆上,并在药品制造设施处再次卸载,这种双重差异造成了本可以避免的产品浪费,更不用说额外的运输成本了。最重要的是在这一切上花费的时间,这一点更为重要。

考虑一下:虽然产生液氮需要大量能量,但大约90% 的氮最终用途需要它作为气体而不是液体。液化氮气的主要原因是为了便于运输,因此转向现场氮气生产有助于降低能源成本并减少与设施日常运营相关的排放。

虽然液氮输送通道传统上可提供更高的产品纯度(这是药品生产的一个重要因素),但希特的氮气生成技术有助于提高现场氮气发生器的纯度,以弥补这一差距。因此,现场氮气生产的高纯度现在可与液体产品相媲美,并且通过适当的仪器,可以将氧气浓度测量到ppm 水平。大多数制药行业应用都可以在10 至5 ppm 的水平内得到满足,而Hit 氮气发生器XTFD-100 可以轻松实现这一目标。
